Preliminary Information Form

This form informs you before the contract is concluded, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

2. Service

A subscription to the Beyaz Tahta online whiteboard software according to the plan (Pro, Team, etc.), billing period (monthly/yearly) and number of users you select. Plan features and limits are shown on the checkout and pricing pages.

3. Price and payment

The total price including taxes is shown in the "Summary" section of the checkout page. Payment is made by credit/debit card (through a licensed payment provider) or bank transfer. We do not store your card details.

4. Term, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is valid for the selected period. With auto-renewing payment methods it renews at the same price at the end of the period; for yearly plans we notify you by email at least 7 days before renewal. You can cancel at any time on the "Plan & billing" page; after cancelling you keep the service until the end of the current period.

5. Performance

The service is made available in your account immediately after the payment is confirmed.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to services performed instantly in electronic form and intangible goods delivered instantly. By confirming on the checkout page you agree that performance starts immediately and acknowledge that you therefore lose your right of withdrawal.
