Distance Sales Agreement

1. Parties

Seller: Beyaz Tahta, —, [email protected]
Buyer: the individual or legal entity entering billing details on the checkout page.

2. Subject

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the Buyer's purchase of a subscription to the Beyaz Tahta online whiteboard software according to the plan, period and number of users selected on the checkout page. The key features, price and payment details are shown on the checkout page and in the Preliminary Information Form, which form an integral part of this agreement.

3. Price and payment

The price is the amount including taxes shown on the checkout page and is collected with the payment method chosen by the Buyer. For auto-renewing subscriptions, the price of each period is collected at the start of the period with the same method.

4. Performance and term

The service becomes available in the Buyer's account immediately after the payment is confirmed and lasts for the selected period. Unless the Buyer cancels, the subscription renews at the end of the period.

5. Cancellation

The Buyer can cancel at any time on the "Plan & billing" page. Cancellation stops renewal; the Buyer keeps the service until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are made for a paid period, except that unused time is refunded if the Seller is unable to provide the service.

6. Right of withdrawal

Under Article 15(1)(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation, there is no right of withdrawal for services performed instantly in electronic form. By confirming on the checkout page, the Buyer agrees that performance starts immediately.

7. Price changes

The Seller may change prices. New prices apply to existing subscriptions only from the next renewal and after notifying the Buyer by email at least 30 days in advance.

8. Personal data

The Buyer's personal data is processed under the Privacy Notice (KVKK) and the Privacy Policy.

9. Disputes

Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts are competent within the monetary limits announced by the Ministry of Trade. If the Buyer is a merchant, the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Anatolia) are competent.

10. Entry into force

The agreement is concluded when the Buyer confirms it on the checkout page. The version accepted is stored with the payment record.
